Gather all documents needed, as described in the above document. Get an Apostille Convention stamp for all the documents from the competent authorities of your country. Please make sure that your country is a member of the Hague Convention. Degrees, certifications and certificates that are issued in countries that have been contracted to the Hague Convention but Greece has objected to their contraction such as Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Peru, Tunisia, Kyrgyzstan, and the Philippines must be validated for the signature authenticity of the undersigned person by a Greek diplomatic authority abroad. The validation should be on the original document.
Get official approval of these documents from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Greek embassy of your country.
Get your documents translated in Greek using the Translation Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or a lawyer certified for translations.
Certify your documents in the embassy of your Country in Greece.
After gathering of all the documents you can visit the website of the Ministry of education to submit your registration electronically. The application procedure for admission to higher education in Greece of foreigners of non-Greek origin is supported electronically by an information system, which becomes available during the specified dates. The URL for the information system is : https://exams-foreigner.it.minedu.gov.gr Period of electronic submission of the application – entry form, for the academic year 2023-2024: Monday, July 10th, 2023 – Sunday, July 16th, 2023. AFTER THE DEADLINE, THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM IS LOCKED AND NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Send all the documents to the address specified at the Ministry of Education website after the application.
Wait for the results. Usually the date of announcement is around late August. Results are announced at the website of the Ministry of Education. Applicants can see their results by entering their Candidate Code and their initials (Surname, Name, Father’s name and Mother’s name).
